What project we have for you
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HR Inspector/Administrator. This role will ensure smooth cooperation with employees regarding all HR administration questions. The main project is Diia Employment.
What you will do
Full HR support, including onboarding, leaves, transfers, terminations, sick leaves, business trips, and other aspects, in accordance with legislation and internal company rules.
Providing consultations to managers and employees on personnel matters.
Development and updating of personnel document flow processes, automation of processes using internal systems.
Adaptation of existing company policies to labor legislation.
Working with 1C, Excel, Word, and other corporate systems.
Monitoring changes in labor legislation and adapting company processes to comply with them, taking into account current business needs.
Preparation of reports on HR-related matters for internal and external use.

What you need for this
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in companies with a staff of at least 200 employees.
In-depth understanding of the normative base of the labor legislation of Ukraine, normative acts on personnel accounting and record keeping, requirements for the formation of personnel documents in general.
Proficient in PC and MS Office (Word, Excel), 1C software, and other corporate systems.
Ability to work effectively with a large amount of information and in multitasking mode.
Experience working with Diia City, the legal model applicable to Ukrainian IT companies, in the format of official employment (Diia Employment) will be a significant advantage.
Proficiency in spoken English at B1/Intermediate level would be a plus.
Ability to effectively work with large amounts of information and multitask.
Experience in interacting with governmental institutions in accordance with our directions.
Leading team experience would be a plus.
Responsibility, organizational proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.
